Contractor relationships are between you and the contractor. ResiHub AI facilitates connections but is not a party to service agreements with contractors.

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
We do not warrant that:
- The Services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
- AI-generated estimates or advice will be accurate or complete
- Contractors found through our platform will meet your expectations
- Results from using the Services will meet your requirements
You use the Services at your own risk. We recommend verifying important information and consulting licensed professionals for significant repairs.
11. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RESIHUB AI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:
- Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
- Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
- Personal injury or property damage resulting from contractor services
- Any damages exceeding the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim
Some jurisdictions do not allow limitation of liability for certain damages, so some limitations may not apply to you.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ResiHub AI, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:
- Your use of the Services
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of any third-party rights
- Your User Content
13. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time for:

- Fraudulent or illegal activity

Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases immediately. Sections 6, 8, 10-12, and 14-16 survive termination.
14. Dispute Resolution

14.2 Arbitration
Any disputes not resolved informally shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, except that you may bring claims in small claims court if eligible.
